No criminal suspicions in tragic death of Duluth teen

A troubled 14-year-old male from Duluth was found unconscious and not breathing in his family’s van near the Grand Portage Powwow Grounds at 7:32 p.m. on Sunday, August 12. Thunder Bay, Silver Bay and Cook County tennis players gathered at the Cook County tennis courts on Sunday, August 12 to participate in round-robin tournament.
