Quebec man arrested at border for possession of methamphetamines

A Quebec man who failed to stop as directed at the United States Port of Entry in Grand Portage on April 7, 2016 was arrested and charged with felony possession of a controlled substance. Fire destroys work van in Hovland

Cook County Law Enforcement received a report of a large van on fire at a Tom Lake residence at 7:05 a.m. on Monday, April 4. Grand Portage man dies in ATV accident

On April 11 at 11:43 a.m., the Cook County Sheriff ’s Office received a request for assistance in locating Kim Crawford, 48, who had missed multiple days of work.
