A Colvill musher contacted Cook County Law Enforcement on Sunday, October 2, reporting possible sabotage of a trail used for training sled dogs in the Trout Lake area of Grand Marais. Cooler weather and precipitation calms Pagami Creek fire

At press time, cooler temperatures and finally, some rain had helped dampen the Pagami Creek fire. Fire officials said the fire is now 87 percent contained.
