The Grand Portage Elders enjoyed February celebrating the month of love and “Wear Red for Woman’s Heart Health.” They had a wonderful hearthealthy special meal on Valentine’s Day. After a very busy holiday season, the Grand Portage Elders are relaxing and taking it easy for a while. They had a wonderful Christmas and New Year. The Grand Portage Elders have had a wonderful holiday season. We started it off with an overnight shopping trip to Duluth with a visit to the Bentleyville light display. As we move into the holiday season the Elders continue to stay very busy. Sixteen people completed the Driver’s Refresher Course. Four of the 16 were participating in the 8-hour beginner class.
