Vikings fall to the Bluestreaks in Section 7A

The Cook County baseball team had its season come to an end in the Section 7A Championship game in Hibbing, Minnesota. The Chisholm Bluestreaks topped the Vikings 9-5 to advance to the state tournament. The Cook County baseball team advanced to the double elimination portion of the Section 7A playoffs with wins over Hill City and Cherry. The Cook County baseball team earned the top seed in the North half of the Section 7A playoffs with its strong overall season record of 15-3. The Vikings finished their regular season last week with two road games in Two Harbors and Babbitt.
