Cook County Lodging taxes as of February 28, 2023

County-wide lodging taxes are down 6.3 percent when compared to the first two months of 2022, and no doubt our winter weather had a big part in those numbers. The Lutsen-Tofte Tourism Association brought in lodging taxes of $138,914.12 for January and February in 2023, about $20,000 less than 2022 for the same months, a 7.3 percent decline in revenue....
