Grand Marais’ library facility sustained damage this spring, when it flooded in from the floor along the North, hillside wall. Restoration work is scheduled to begin the fourth week of August causing some service interruptions. The tentative schedule, which follows, and any updates will be posted on the library’s website. Starting Wednesday, May 13, the Grand Marais Public Library will provide the Cook County community access to over 20,000 books, audiobooks, DVDs, and magazines through a limited pickup window service.
