WOW (Workers on Wheels) bicycles are still available at the First Congregational UCC Church, 300 W. 2nd St., in Grand Marais every Wednesday in June. WOW volunteers are on hand from 4 – 6 p.m. to distribute bicycles and meet international workers.

Project volunteer Dan Strayer said anyone who cannot make it to the church at that time may call (218) 387-2113 for an appointment.

International workers can obtain a bicycle for their summer use for a refundable $40 deposit.

WOW has need for the following items: bike helmets, security chains, with or without locks, and used bicycles. The group is of course happy to accept financial donations for repair parts and other needs.
