Where to park at new community center?

I see what appears to be reduced parking at the new community center. With approximately 40 places in front this is surely not enough for a community-size event.

I was going to suggest vacating the street to the Lutheran curb, but fear the Sculpture and Mural Park that would be sure to follow and a bridal-bridle path to the Horse Park to accommodate carriage weddings would leave too small a gain. Perhaps a multitier parking ramp could be constructed in front. The shady under-area under such a ramp would be ideally suited to shade-loving botanicals. Or a shuttle could be run from other parking areas to the new center and possibly provide community-wide bus service which we certainly don’t have now and are probably lacking.

My personal choice would be an incline rail from downtown up Broadway to a moving sidewalk able to carry the masses in speed and comfort.

But perhaps more and better minds than mine need address the question to come up with something really good.
