Where are the fish biting?

Capt. Jerry Skarupa of Secret Lures Charters says that once again, it has not been a good week on the big lake. In fact, Skarupa said it’s probably been “the worst year ever.” Lake Superior’s surface temperatures were only 50 degrees, and have cooled down deep. The lake trout are down about 150 feet with only a handful being caught. Salmon fishing has also been slow.
