Captain Jerry Skarupa of Secret Lures says Lake Superior water surface temps are fragile depending on the wind.

There are a few salmon in scattered depths. Lake trout are close to the bottom from 150-80 feet.

The weekly report from Buck’s Hardware Hank:

There were some good reports out of Seagull Lake this week, walleyes in the 12-18 or 20-foot range trolling the flats. Of course one can always use a slip bobber and leech or night crawler. Some other lakes with walleye action included Gunflint, Sag, Two Island and even Devil Track.
