On August 15 we all came together to support a wonderful wife, mother, sister, daughter, aunt, friend, who has one heck of a fight ahead of her, but our community came together to let her know we support her and her family.
We knew we would have a great turnout but it was simply amazing to see how many came to the benefit!
So on behalf of the Backstrom family, Jess Smith, Malorie Brazell, Steph Radloff and myself (Andrea Everson) we would like to thank you! Thank you to Skyport Lodge, Sven & Ole’s staff to serve so many people. Jay Arrowsmith Decoux your willingness to put your head, beard and “eyebrows” on the line with no questions asked was awesome.
Thank you to everyone who donated prizes for the raffle and silent auction. Thank you to the Maple Hill Fire Dept. for the T-shirts and helping set up and take down of tents. To Kathy Bernier, Faith Sjoberg, Jenny Fagerman, Jennifer Backstrom, Shele Tofte, Traci Allen, Signe Larsen, Gary Radloff, Clay Johnson, Kyle (House) Anderson, Jorey Brazell, Ella Hedstrom, Sarah Smith, for selling raffle and food tickets – you are what made this run so smooth!
