Wayne J. Lind, 75, of Grand Portage, died Thursday, June 30, 2022, with his family at his side.
Wayne was born at the family farm in Erskine, MN and grew up in South Minneapolis. He served his country in the Navy and then worked in sales until he retired to the Grand Portage Reservation. He loved sports and the outdoors his entire life. He was very good to his family and his community, especially young kids and the disadvantaged.
Wayne was preceded in death by his mother Violet, his sisters Barb and DyAnn, and his brother Ray.
Wayne is survived by his son Derek Lind and his granddaughter Hannah Dahl.
