Warm up with dance classes this winter

Ann and Wayne Russ are hosting four free dance practice sessions on Tuesdays, beginning February 3, 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the 4-H Building at the Cook County Community Center. Waltz, two step, swing, fox trot, and other partner dance music will be played. For folks anxious to learn to dance or who want to learn more dance moves, the Russes will teach Dance Floor Technique for couple dancing. In eight weeks you can learn to waltz, two-step, foxtrot, swing, and even take on a Latin dance.

The sessions will start January 29 and will be on Thursday evenings at the 4-H Building, 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Partners are encouraged, singles welcome. The cost is $75/person, ($50/person for those who have previously taken the class).

Contact Ann or Wayne Russ at (218) 370-8949 or russ@boreal.org for more information or to register.
