Minnesota’s North Shore has been the clear top vote and “favorites” getter since an unscientific tally of Lake Superior’s Top 10 Destinations began 17 years ago.
Now this year, a portion of that experience – Grand Marais, Minnesota – earned enough in the tally to get its own top-place nod.
The 2010 lists are revealed in a 132-page sourcebook for travel around Lake Superior. Lake Superior Travel Guide
is published annually. It is available on newsstands throughout the Midwest or from the publisher by calling toll-free 888-BIG LAKE or online at www.lakesuperior.com.
