Registration is filling fast for the K-5 Birch Grove Community School Campfire Kids program. The youngest kids must have completed Kindergarten to enroll.
Due to the overwhelming registrations and interest, Birch Grove is considering adding another staff person on Wednesdays and Thursdays to accommodate all who would like to experience Campsite Kids. So, if you get waitlisted, be patient, the school may be able to expand openings.
Campsite Kids takes place in the woods behind Birch Grove Community School with weekly themes focusing on nature. There will be creative projects and activities, walks to Lake Superior, bonfire lunches and more.
Program hours are Monday. Through Thursday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
