Time to get going on that book you always wanted to write!

Make National Novel Writing Month a success with the Novel Starter Class at Higher Education.

During the month of November, writers all around the world write 50,000-word first drafts for NaNoWriMo. Whether you’ve got a few books under your belt or are a beginner, writing is easier— and a lot more fun— with support.

At the Novel Starter Class, you’ll be guided through idea generation and outlining. Coaching, prompts, and group brainstorming will help keep your story going and your word count rising. Writers of all levels are welcome, and exercises will benefit your novel even if you choose not to aim for the 50,000-word goal.

Classes will be held Saturdays October 29 through November 19 from 10 to 11:30 a.m. The cost for the four sessions is $80.
