With propane going up to over $5 a gallon, kilowatt hours doubling, etc., I want to know why the residents of Cook County aren’t building windmills?
I’m not selling them, I just want to know why we’re not doing this.
It’s apparently okay to put up solar panels, like at the golf course. Why not windmills?
