Carleton “Tex” Hoy
Carleton R. “Tex” Hoy has earned the AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale- Hubbell, the highest rating for both ethical standards and legal ability.
Tex and his wife, Jo, have three sons, Tom, Scott, and James. Tex is of counsel to the law firm of Hoy Trial Lawyers, Prof. L.L.C. , Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and fortunate to practice with sons Scott and James, and their staff. He is thankful to his peers who nominated him for this distinction.
Tex and Jo spend part of their summers in the Grand Marais area.
