Surviving the holidays is topic of “Kitchen Table Talk”




A planned monthly series of get-togethers designed to focus on topics that affect and enrich people’s lives begins Dec. 19.

The “Kitchen Table Talk” series starts with the topic “Surviving and thriving, not sabotaging, your holidays,” and includes conversation regarding food, festivities, dark and cold days, family and the blues. Sherri Moe, family therapist and host of the talks, said the program will “help empower you and lift your spirits during the season and beyond.”

The talk begins at 7 p.m. at 101 Highway 61, Suite 170 (rear side of Arrowhead Plaza, behind Terra Bella Floral). Beverages are provided, and a $5 donation is suggested. For more information, call Moe at (218) 387- 1795.
