“After a nine-month SMC Board of Directors search process, 125 applicants, an extremely detailed, respectful and professional review, interview and selection process, SMC’s board president shared with the entire SMC staff on Wednesday morning that Kate Surbaugh, RN, has been chosen as SMC’s next CEO!
Board members, staff and I are thrilled and honored to welcome Kate to her new position.
At this time, no transition plan has been discussed or finalized.”
