Editor; I’m writing to support Stacey Hawkins as she runs as a candidate for county commissioner. I’ve known her since she was a youngster and feel she has a connection and knowledge of Cook County necessary for a position on the board. She’ll give thoughtful consideration regarding decisions pertaining to county business.
