Summer meals available to all kids 18 and under at no cost




Once again Cook County School District I.S.D. 166 is participating in the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP).

Meals will be provided to all children without charge and are the same for all children regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability, and there will be no discrimination in the course of the meal service. Meals will be provided, on a first come, first serve basis, during the summer at the Sawtooth elementary school cafeteria.

Breakfast and lunch will be served Monday through Thursday from June 4 to August 30 (excluding July 4). Breakfast will be served from 8:30 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. and lunch will run from 11:15 a.m. to 12:15.

There is no application or registration requirement to participate. Children do not need to be residents of the county nor enrolled at our school district. Any child 18 or younger may stop in.
