Student art exhibit coming to Johnson Heritage Post




Johnson Heritage Post Art Gallery and Cook County Schools proudly present the annual Student Art Exhibit on display at the gallery from April 21 through May 9.

The exhibit features artwork by Cook County Middle and High School students, displayed in the beautiful Johnson Heritage Post log building in downtown Grand Marais. Everyone is invited to attend an opening reception on Friday, April 21 from 5 – 7 p.m. Enjoy art by talented student artists, sample refreshments created by the school culinary arts class, listen to live local music, and welcome our community new art teacher Priscilla Beck.

Johnson Heritage Post is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. (closed Tuesdays) and Sunday 1 – 4 p.m.
