Stormwater meeting open to the public

The city of Grand Marais is updating its Stormwater Management Plan. As residents, business owners, community members, and stakeholders within city limits, the city is interested in keeping you informed and values your input throughout this process. The city invites you to be part of the process. The next community meeting will be Thursday, Jan. 25 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Cook County Community Center.

The meeting will focus on prioritizing solutions to stormwater management and asking for input on how should stormwater management look in Grand Marais?

Stormwater management-related concerns were identified during the first public meeting held on Dec. 20, 2017. If you were unable to attend that meeting, look through the maps presented online and give your feedback through our online survey on the city of Grand Marais website. The survey will be available until Friday, Feb. 2, 2018. For more information, contact City Hall at 218-387-1848 or cityhall@boreal.org.
