Solveig M. Amberson,
87, of Burnsville, formerly of Richfield, MN, peacefully passed away into the presence of Jesus, her Lord and Savior on November 24, 2010.
Solveig had a kind and gentle spirit and was known for her smile and gracious hospitality.
She was preceded in death by her husband Roger and sister Ruth.
She was the beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to many. Children, Steve (Priscilla) Amberson, Sonja (Bruce) Kendall, Tom Amberson and Mark (Karen) Amberson; grandchildren, Nathan (Jolie), Sonja, Justin, Ashley, Joshua, Sarah and David; great-grandchildren, Ingrid, Jesse and Toby; brother, David (Dagney) Christenson and sister Ingeborg Garborg as well as other relatives and friends.
Services were held Monday, November 29 at Ebenezer Lutheran Brethren Church, Cedar Ave. at 41st St., Mpls. Interment was in Fort Snelling.
