The Fisherman’s Picnic Trail Run on Saturday, August 4 took place on a hot muggy day. The trails were soaked from a heavy rainstorm the night before, so runners ran with soggy shoes. Despite that, spirits were high and all the runners appeared to have a great time.

The Fisherman’s Picnic Trail Run is sponsored by the North Shore Ski and Run Club and proceeds from the race support the local Cook County High School skiing and running programs.

Results of some of the racers are posted below. See complete results at www.boreal.org/~durfee/results_fp_run_12.htm.
