The following Vikings earned varsity letters: Seniors: Jacob Dorr, Isaac Sandstrom Juniors: Paul Dorr, Derek Smith, John Pierre. Sophomores: Recko Helmerson-Skildum, Ryan Smith, Amos Falter. Freshmen: Rohan Rude, Denali Blackwell, Jordan Backstrom, Cade Smith. Letter winners not pictured are Derek Smith, Denali Blackwell, and John Pierre.
Area basketball coaches named Viking Junior guard Paul Dorr to the All-Polar League (big schools) all-conference team.
The 6’2” guard used his speed and quickness to drive through defenses, get to the hoop for lay-ups, and that’s where many of his points were made.
Paul Dorr, Jacob Dorr, and Jordan Backstrom made Polar League Academic All-Conference, and Jacob Dorr won the Mr. Hustle award.
