Cook County Higher Education is offering a full certification and renewal certification for food managers and cooks on May 20. . The full certification course runs from 8 a.m. to roughly 5:30 p.m. and costs $175, which includes the textbook and exam. . ServSafe Food Manager Certification costs $175 with Joseph Tome as instructor. . The renewal course runs from 8 a.m. to noon the same day and costs $75. Instructor is also Joseph Tome. . ServSafe Food Manager and Renewal Training costs $75.
This training is designed to fulfill requirements for Minnesota state and local health departments. The seminars train, test and certify you in the National Restaurant Association’s ServSafe program for safe food service.
