Cook County Higher Education will be offering a ServSafe Food Manager Certification and renewal training on June 12 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at its North Shore Campus in Grand Marais.
The full certification course costs $175, which includes the textbook and exam. The renewal course runs from 8 a.m. to noon the same day and costs $75.
This training is designed to fulfill requirements for Minnesota state and local health departments. The seminars train, test and certify people in the National Restaurant Association’s ServSafe program for safe food service.
