We are gearing up for the winter season and filling our calendar with many events, trips, activities, and groups.
On November 18 we will be traveling to Duluth for lunch and a show! We will stop and have a delicious lunch at Grandmas Café in Canal Park before watching the “Charlie Brown Christmas Live” play/musical at the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center (DECC).
The play was adapted from Charles M. Schulz’s timeless story, A Charlie Brown Christmas Live on Stage, which features the unforgettable music of Vince Guaraldi, as well as a concert of beloved holiday carols performed by the Peanuts characters. (There’s no better way to discover the magic of the season!)
The cost for the Charlie Brown tickets start at $32, Transportation is $10, and lunch will be at your own expense. For more information or to reserve your spot, call 387-2660.
Open enrollment for Medicare runs until December 7, so on Thursday, November 29 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Marjori Bottila from Senior Linkage Line will be at the Senior Center. Marjorie can save you time and money on your Medicare supplemental insurance policies and help you choose the best option for you based on your medical needs and prescriptions.

We’ve started to make some changes to the building, so if you’re in the neighborhood stop by and check them out. And while you’re here, please stay for lunch or join us for one of the many activities going on!
