Karl Koster pulls his daughter Alice on a toboggan through the streets of Grand Marais during the annual Christmas Parade. Though the temperatures hovered around 18 above zero, Karl and his daughter seemed as warm as the smiles on their faces. Karl and Alice were representing the Grand Portage National Monument.
