There is a landmark criminal case currently taking place that has been going on in a public trial for about a month now. It’s called, “the Kermit Gosnell murder trial.” Dr. Kermit Gosnell, Philadelphia, is accused of killing seven born-alive babies and one grown woman.
A quick search of some of the major news sources, such as Washington Post and New York Times, reveals there has not been one single news story about the Gosnell criminal murder trial. This may likely be one of the most horrifying criminal trials in our nation’s history.
Recent sworn testimonies and affidavits from Kermit Gosnell’s former employees include nearly unbelievable descriptions of his staff using scissors to sever spinal cords of minute-old infants, as well as details of one woman dying at the hands of Gosnell’s insufficient and unqualified medical staff.
Why is the media so silent over the reporting of this trial involving these apparently heinous crimes? Could it be due to the fact that Kermit Gosnell was an abortionist working in a Planned Parenthood Abortion Clinic? Is it possible that the news media does not want the public to know of the seeming lack of oversight being shown by the government with regard to the abortion industry?

Dietrich Bonhoeffer once said, “Silence in the face of evil IS evil.” (Dietrich Bonhoeffer was a Lutheran German pastor, who staunchly resisted the German Nazi dictatorship and strongly opposed Hitler’s euthanasia and genocidal persecution of the Jews. He was executed in April 1945, in a German Nazi concentration camp.)
During the Holocaust, German churches sang louder in order to not hear the screams of Jews being herded to their death in boxcars. Today, the media’s silence is so loud, it is deafening! Is the media’s silence perhaps “singing louder” in the face of a 21st century holocaust?
