It’s an important election year. I believe and know it takes 10 times the effort to fix a problem as it does to make it. Under President Clinton, we had a surplus. President Bush came in and in the end there was the largest recession since the ‘30s depression. President Obama stopped a depression and literally needs 20 years to fix what is broken.
People don’t understand the role that Congress plays. Vote Republican, you will get tax cuts for the wealthy, de-regulation and an end to the middle class.
Mitt Romney and the Republicans want to go back to the same economic policies that created the financial crisis. We can’t afford that, and we can’t afford Romney’s extreme agenda for health care, women, or seniors.
I believe everyone should play by the same rules, and that hard work should be rewarded. President Obama is working to restore those values that made our country great, and I’m going to be supporting him this November.
