Rhonnie Poyirier had a great season on the basketball court
Viking senior forward Rhonnie Poyirier capped off a great season on the basketball court by being named to the all-conference second team.
Poyirier was the team’s only player named all-conference.
The all-conference team selections are voted on by the conference coaches who see all of the kids play.
Rhonnie was a double double machine, leading the 2021-2022 Vikings in scoring and rebounding. She was also a tough defender and a good distributor of the basketball, finding open teammates with crisp passes.
The young Viking team finished with five wins this season.
