Great Expectations Charter School (GES) was packed with parents and members of the public on Tuesday, November 5, who came to celebrate the students’ work on Self Portrait Night. Here Mary June Wharton poses next to her remarkable self-portrait.

While the adults went from room-to-room looking at student work that was put on display at the GES Student Self Portrait Night, the kids joined in a myriad of arts and crafts set up for them or played outside on the playground. Above, Amber Pfeil helps Esme Mundell with a tin foil sculpture while next to them, Tib Nordlund cuts tin foil.
