The Cook County High School College in the Schools Composition class hosted “The Working Class of 2016” at the Arrowhead Center for the Arts on January 11. Thirteen students combined the life skills they have acquired at summer jobs with research about those jobs into presentations. Madison Roy shared what she learned about gender and employment, while Rory Bakke (background) talked about the impact of family businesses on the economy.
