The Cook County KidsPlus Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 30, 2013 had lots of fun things for kids to do, such as ice skating, arts and crafts, a cake walk and visiting with a giant Easter Bunny. Little Payton Quaife was all smiles when it was her turn to say hi to the bunny.
Henry DeArruda won the Peeps Eating Contest, beating out his opponents by eating 15 marshmallow chicks. Asked if he wanted some more to eat, Henry replied, “I don’t think I will eat any for a while!”
