Great Expectations School held a project fair this spring with many interesting exhibits. GES students conducted experiments to try to answer questions such as: Do plants grow faster if you are nice to them? Are your fingerprints really unique? What do wolves eat? Above left: Henry showed how a potato could be used to power a clock. Above right: Eli conducted an experiment using milk, food coloring and dish soap to demonstrate how fat molecules disrupt the surface tension of milk.
