There’s computer streaming and then there’s commuter streaming. Deidre Kettunen took this beautiful picture of the Cascade River when she was out for a recent drive. Many rivers haven’t frozen over because of the warm January temperatures we have been experiencing. That should change, however, as a good bit of cold air is expected to blow in from our Canadian neighbors next week, turning water into ice.
