The winner of the 2020 Moose Madness Medallion hunt was the Davis Family of Rogers, Minnesota. (Liz Davis, second from right, lives here and manages the Johnson Heritage Post). They found the medallion on Friday afternoon of this year’s scaled-back Moose Madness Family Festival in Grand Marais. Grand Marais State Bank sponsored the Moose Medallion Hunt, awarding a first prize of $100.00. The medallion was hidden in Bear Tree Park near the Lake Superior plaque.
