Cars were lined up for hundreds of yards as people waited to get their annual flu shot at the Grand Marais Fire Hall on September 15. The drive-up clinic accepted two cars at a time. People never left their vehicles during the process as COVID-19 rules were followed to the letter. All told, 359 people received a vaccination that day. As for the shot? It didn’t hurt one bit.
