Highway construction has begun in Grand Marais. Above, the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) began work on Highway 61 near Broadway Avenue on May 18. Work also is taking place near the Blue Moose on Highway 61. All truck traffic is being detoured to County Road 7 for the rest of the summer.
