Working at North House Folk School, Rob Torkilson planes a piece of elm wood that will be used as part of the replica herring skiff that is being built in a partnership project with the Cook County Historical Society and North House Folk School. The elm wood was taken from one of the elm trees that were cut down in town for the upcoming Highway 61 road project.
