With twinkles in their eyes and some mischief in their smiles, twins Brisa and Maite Palm-Laky sit next to Santa Claus and his two sweet, slender, sled dogs Moo and Bart last Friday afternoon at Stone Harbor Wilderness Supply. Santa’s sled dogs gave Santa’s reindeer the day off. Rudolph, Dasher, Prancer, Vixen and Blitzen all had colds and were resting back home at the North Pole. Santa promised his team of reindeer would be ready for the big day on Christmas. If something should go wrong, then some furry buddies from Moetown Kennels in Hovland will be ready to pull Santa’s sleigh on the big day, so no one has to worry, especially Brisa and Maite, Santa’s new best friends.
