Todd and Patricia (Pat) Smith recently opened the Lunch Box, a food truck with a fun menu that offers cheese curds, brats, hot dogs, sloppy joes, boneless chicken wings and cotton candy. The Lunch Box is located between the Gunflint Mercantile and the Fly Box in downtown Grand Marais. Hours of operation are still fluid, but Todd and Pat are looking at running the business six days of the week when everything is in place. This isn’t the first time they have had a food truck and they promise to add more items to the menu as the summer progresses.
