Could anything be cuter? Exuberance. Concentration. Soaring passion and fun sum up the dance and young dancers who made up the pre-kindergarten ballet troupe who took the stage last weekend. More than 100 young and old dancers performed at the YMCA Luminous dance recital held at the Arrowhead Center for the Arts on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, May 9-11. One of many highlights was the pre-kindergarten ballerinas who danced to “Little Star,” a song recorded by the Elegants.
