Eight members from the Silver Bay veterans home came to Grand Marais on Tuesday, March 12 to eat a hearty lunch at Grandma Ray’s and visit with locals. “American Legion Post 413 covers all of their expenses for the trip here and their meal,” said commander Bob Mattson. “They said they enjoyed the ride up the shore and like coming here.
