Grand Marais adventurer Lonnie Dupre is shown here in one of the ice caves he makes for himself as he climbs North America’s highest mountain in the dead of winter. Dupre is making a second attempt to solo climb Mount Hunter in Alaska this coming January 2019. If he’s successful maybe he will write a book about his experience like the one he did about becoming the first person to solo climb Mount Denali.
