June has been stormy, wet, and wild. Noted outdoor photographer David Johnson took this electrifying picture of lightning over the harbor last week. Cool temperatures and rain seem to be the staple for most days recently, but the caveat is when lightning knifes through the darkness and fills the sky with ribbons of astonishingly bright white light. It is like all of the stars were gathered together and their light hurled to earth in violent thrusts.
